All individuals volunteering in any capacity with students in Canyons School District must be cleared to do so through the Canyons volunteer system. This is required each year after July 1, meaning that your approved status last year is null and void as of that date. This requirement applies to PTA/PTSA volunteers, SCC members, classroom helpers and visitors, field trip chaperones, booster club members, one-time helpers, and anyone else who enters our schools as a volunteer or engages with our students at any point throughout the school year.
